Multifunction oils

BECHEM multifunction oils ideally support the forming process but also the machine lubrication. The use of an oil can avoid the mixing problem and thus guarantees a permanently high level of additives with constant viscosity.

BECHEM tested its multifunctional oils in many representative field tests (1000h and more) on four- and five-stage presses.In all tests BECHEM products achieved better results than other conventional KFP oils. In every test period the oil change intervals could be extended significantly (50% to 100%).
