BECHEM acquires CLC Lubricants

BECHEM has been successfully represented on the American continent for many years. in 2014, we founded our first own company in the USA, BECHEM Lubrication Technology, and since 2017 we have been systematically building up BECHEM Mexico.

Having previously worked with local contract manufacturers, we are now starting to set up our first own production facility in the USA. To this end, we have acquired the US company CLC LUBRICANTS, headquartered in Geneva, Illinois, with effect from August 8, 2025.

This acquisition represents a significant step towards a global presence. CLC Lubricants is an established company with almost 50 years of experience, specialising in industrial oils and metalworking fluids, and has technological expertise, a strong market position and long-standing customer relationships. The ISO 9001:2015 certification enables the production of industrial oils, metalworking fluids and cleaners.

CLC Lubricants also fits seamlessly into the overall image of our group of companies. This is primarily thanks to the corporate philosophy we live by, our clear focus on solution-orientated action, consistent customer orientation, a pronounced understanding of service and the pursuit of profitable growth.

The product portfolio and the "CLC" brand will be retained and supplemented by BECHEM products.
