The new lubricant for outstanding product quality

The aqueous dispersion BECHEM Forge 840 has been specially designed for highly automated processes in the areas of hot, warm and precision forging and sets new standards in terms of sustainability and efficiency.

BECHEM Forge 840 is low-odour and low-smoke and is characterized by its unique fine particle size, which achieves outstanding product quality, especially for the requirements of highly complex formed parts. Thanks to a special stabilization system, the aqueous dispersion not only ensures improved processing, but also increased reliability in the forging process. This makes a decisive contribution to reducing rejects and improving overall quality.

The new formulation selection improves release behaviour and minimizes tool wear. Users benefit from longer tool life and more sustainable use of resources. In order to achieve an optimum coating thickness on the forging die, BECHEM recommends application in diluted form using spraying equipment.

BECHEM Forge 840 is the ideal solution for die forgers who want to make their production process more sustainable and who are looking for top performance in forging technology.
