Which data are collected?

We exclusively collect the following data:

 

1. Data of use

Within the use of our website as well as the offered services (e.g. contact form) we only collect those data which you are actively providing. These are contents of messages which you are providing by e-mail or via contact form, but also data which you provide on a voluntary basis through surveys. When carrying out surveys, we will collect data on an anonymous basis only as far as possible.

In the event we should be legally obliged to obtain your consent to data collection, data processing and data sharing (e.g. to receive newsletters), we will store date, time and IP-address of this consent in order to provide the legally required evidence.

We use products of WiredMinds AG (www.wiredminds.de) for marketing and optimization purposes. These products collect and process your personal data and use it to create usage profiles under a pseudonym. These usage profiles are fully anonymized where possible and appropriate. We and WiredMinds employ cookies and/or Web beacons (also known as tracking pixels) on this Web site. We transfer the data we collect about you, which may also include personal data, to WiredMinds or WiredMinds gathers this data directly. We work with Aumago GmbH, a provider for web analysis and target group marketing. Aumago uses cookies, a text file that is saved in the browser of the computer and which in turn stores anonymous usage data. This data can be used to create usage profiles under a pseudonym. However, no personal data is stored. If IP addresses are collected, deletion of the last number pad ensures that they are anonymized and are not stored together with the cookies. These cookies are either Aumago cookies or cookies of service providers that Aumago utilizes, such as krux digital Inc., Google Inc. etc. The user can delete the cookies in their browser at any time. Aumago uses this data to evaluate the usage of the website by visitors and for online behavioral advertising (OBA).

 

4. Technical protocol data

Our servers store technical protocol data, so-called log files. These files contain details about visits on our website. Besides the IP address the technical frame conditions of the page view are recorded. These data are exclusively used to eliminate technical problems and possible hacking attempts or similar incidents. After a duration of max. 7 days these data are deleted automatically. We only have access to these data to prevent such incidents. Any other use of these data is technically and organisationally excluded.

 

How do we process the entered data?

Contact data are stored on German servers. These data are protected by means of adequate technical backups. Data files are stored in encrypted form.

 

To whom are these data forwarded? Will data be transmitted to third countries?

Data will not be forwarded to third parties. Data will only be transmitted to third countries when you come from a third country and in case transmission of data shall be deemed necessary to provide the homepage or to reply to your inquiries.

 

How will the data be used?

Statistic data are immediately rendered anonymous. They are used to further improve our services and for proper marketing of our products. In no case these data will be related to your identity.

 

Can I revoke my permission, how can I delete data?
